I had a fantastic experience at this resort! The beautiful mountain views from my spacious room were a highlight, making it a great place to relax. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay. There was some noise from nearby construction, which was a bit distracting, but it didn't overshadow the wonderful amenities offered. Overall, this resort is excellent value for money, especially with its lovely spa facilities.
The hotel is charming and clean, with friendly staff and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the authentic and comfortable rooms. However, the location was disappointing due to constant noise and construction nearby, and the spa could use some improvement.
My family and I had a delightful stay at this hotel, enjoying its charm, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere, especially by the log fires. While the ongoing construction around Sapa was noisy and detracted from the experience, the spacious rooms and outstanding breakfast made up for it. Overall, it's a wonderful retreat in Sapa, albeit with some environmental drawbacks right outside.
We had a wonderful time at the Victoria Sapa. The service was impeccable, especially with Ms. Mai Thi Thua who helped us plan our itinerary perfectly. Our room was spacious and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The dining experience was delightful, with an impressive breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. The only downside was the train ride back from Hanoi, which was a bit bumpy compared to our outward journey. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent amenities and friendly staff.
